Shipping Policy

a. Shipping & Handling: All orders ship in 2-5 business days using USPS/ When your order has shipped, we will contact you with your USPS tracking information. Please note, our shipping and handling fees cover $50 insurance (higher insurance can be purchased and request will need to be emailed to flowrichebath@gmail.com). However, please note, once your order has shipped, it is out of our hands and we are no longer responsible for package. It is the customer's responsibility to contact USPS to handle all shipping issues.

b. Domestic Shipping: Please allow USPS Priority Mail approximately 1-2 days for delivery.

c. International Shipping: Please allow USPS Express Mail approximately 6-8 days for delivery. Please not that all shipments outside the US may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. As we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you.

d. Please note, once we have shipped your order, we do not have access or control to its delivery time. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding your orders' tracking information, please contact USPS directly with your tracking ID.
